Our fast-track course (6-days over two or three weekends) is instructed by a 20+ year veteran of Illinois home inspections and is the most comprehensive program to prepare students to pass the Illinois home inspector exam. A perfect blend of classroom study, many technical illustrations and actual photos for visual instruction, in-field training, as well as students inspecting a home, provides the best preparation and success for starting into the home inspection industry. Course fee includes: textbooks, code checkbook, and actual in-field training.
